I mean I can understand on retail...EMFH is by far THE best racial the game has to offer , with double DPS trinkets. But here...here? Imo, Human is by far the WORST racial the game has. Yet I see so many Human PvP'ers....

I get in the end I guess ppl are not trying to min-max(then why are you trying to get the best raid gear for pvp then, why not wear full whites?)

My friend, who isn't the best hunter destroys rogues. So don't give me that shit what perception is good, even I rolled a human(I never really got to play alliance back in the day, so here was the chance). Perception sucks donkey balls pure and simple. Even Night elf is possibly better(*warrior) since you can eat in stealth and just wait out that big mob of horde if you see em coming. Perception is just so...so..so..AWFUL. I can only deduce that the 10yo on this server are trying to model their toons after them so they rolled a human?

Yall are gimping yourself down so bad by doing this...well, I suppose 1 less dwarf I have to worry about cleansing all my poisons or another gnome breaking my conc shot.

Not to mention Human females look awful...like some sort of futa-shemale whathappenedhere.

Not to mention many rogues in PuG battlegrounds usually beat their chicken to their toon, being in stealth 90% of the time not doing shit(starting to miss the report AFK system here) so rogues are usually not even an issue. Don't get me wrong some Pug rogues are good even with shit gear who know their class, but perception sucks. A rogue isn't gonna pop a sap or a blind on you, basically alerting his presence like "look, there is a rogue here, so use your Perception skill". No, he is mostly going to open up with Ambush and Cheap Shot. I think I used my Perception in pvp maybe 5 times. And it didn't help

perception is godlike for rogue 1v1 if you know hes around
+rep is a nice bonus to have

also human is the best race for pve dps (trolls get close but they are still worse)

Any half decent rogue or druid IS NOT going to alert his presence, are you that dumb or autistic? And to kill shitters...well, to kill shitters you wont need perception.

It wont work against Vanish due to vanish giving him 300 or so points of stealth where Perception only gives +50 detection. Its a useless racial idk why are you trying to justify it. Another Human perhaps? HUMAN IS SHIT IN PVP. Quit gimping down my team and roll something else

if you dont know how to properly use perception thats on you m8. still dont understand the point of your autistic rambling you complain about people not rolling something else than human while playing human yourself?

Maybe they want to be a paladin and dwarfs look like retarded midgets?

I wanted to try out paladin, on a different vanilla server, and that is why I picked human. It was like, human or dwarf and I liked the human perks and appearances better.

I suspect a fair number of the "human" players just didn't want to be a freaking midget, and thus ignored the gnome and dwarf options.

You are on crack if you don't think perception is useful...

Yeah but PvP is a sidegame in classic. The people who put pvp as their priority over pve on this server and every other server I've been on have been in the extreme minority. Out of the 50+ guilds clearing all available content on the server, there are maybe 3-4 guilds formed exclusively for PvP efforts, and that's being generous.

this tbh. people who roll a character exclusively for pvp roll horde anyway (orc or undead) because of the racials.

and those people better make sure to nolife premade 15h a day for a few months straight to get their r13/14 gear otherwise pve geared alliance players will roll over them anyway. now with the updated mc gear & soon to be bwl gear especially
