As you can probably tell, this was no planned event, just a few mates up to no good since we've all finished ranking and AV is right around the corner. Pretty fun.

BTW off topic, a small tip for the nostal pug scene:
There seems to be alot people complaining about pvp on Nostalrius. Whether you like it or not, or disagree; BGs in vanilla wow will be primarily used for ranking.
To those new people who may be unaware and not enjoying their time here because they meet too many premades when pugging - If you queue on Monday evening,Tuesday and Wednesday(before reset) you will most likely never see a premade. The premade groups will be honor capped late on in the week and don't need to queue anymore.

Also when leveling, accept the fact that most people want to gain ranks as they level up. It's a jungle out there and you will be bullied if you level solo. When you hit 48+ expect 60s to kill you too even after the honor nerf, don't stand there and emote them with disappoint or spit, fight back and make them have to eat/drink. You don't have to make a new thread about how poor they are at the game.

What bothers players the most is the amount of actual PvP fights.

Dodging premades open up several instances which are not going to be reused by premades since a random is gonna join in, resulting in 10v1 games. There's barely any fun in farming one enemy as 10 players.

Fighting vs full premades as pugs apparently is pointless which is why most players decide to AFK/leave for an other BG. Those willing to fight will be stomped because then it effectively is a 10v3.


What is the actual problem?
- The amount of players farming honor through premades simply is way higher than it used to be during vanilla.
Prohibiting premades is probably closer to blizzlike than a server being full of those.
- Dodging as explained above. If there was a decent amount of premade vs. premade fights it might be fun as well but since dodging is more efficient in terms of honor this won't happen...


On topic: it's actually fun seeing most of these players in normal BGs / open pvp without their premades

This is just another proof that Horde on Nostalrius are nothing compared to the Horde in Vanilla,
it is also proof that the Horde cities are majorly flawed in guard security when a 12 man group can
just ride into TB or OG and kill a faction-boss without problems.

If anything, a factionboss should be L60Elite +++ with constantly spawning Elite++ guards and it should
be hard just getting to him.

But Horde on Nostalrius are a bunch of wuzzies that are scared of pvp and all they do is whine when
they get ganked instead of forming up and stomping the crap out of alliance and they SHOULD do.


I'm ashamed of the Horde on Nostalrius.

Everybody who plays this game seriously just went to TB/UC(As everybody knows you would have done) to grind more honor though and most of the people fighting you weren't even lvl 60 except for maybe 5 people. I also like how you forgot to mention how your full r14 team got rekt about 20 times by the aforementioned underleveled and undergeared Hordes before you figured out you could hide and camp behind an AOE chokehold.
