Thank you for making PVP fun again!

Dear Devs,
Thank you for making solo queuing possible and fun again. Pug V Pug games where the playing field is (more) level are great fun - it sure beats facing premades 8/10 games.
I have been in a few premades and its probably 50% vs afk pugs, 25% casual premades (decent games), 25% good premades where we afk or camp FR. It honestly is pretty boring, though the honor is good.
I don't understand all the crying about queue times. 10 v 10 (or 15 v 15) premade games, by definition, should take longer. Its the same as the arena system in TBC, where 2v2 queues were much shorter than 5v5. Additionally, on vanilla servers 10 years ago, queue times were equally bad because of lower server population cap - hence the introduction of cross-realm pvp.
The recent change is a welcome step in the right direction, but there are still some issues to work out and should come to light as you guys monitor the system more.
