Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

An undead rogue by the name of Cau used his mount to jump up a ledge that lead him into the back corner of the alliance base of Dun Baldar at coordinates 41, 20 right in front of me.
I never remember anyone being able to enter Dun Baldar from this angle, and I suspect maybe he had an epic mount with a mountspeed bonus to make the jump? Maybe its just a fringe method of getting into the base?

Could anybody verify this? I figure the map is the original map so it may not be an exploit, just widely unknown. He made the jump in the second try so it can't be too difficult.

It's quite an easy jump if you know it, a shame more horde don't. It's a great strat to send 20 up there and backdoor AIDS.

It is blizzlike as well, you could do the same thing.

And for the record you can make this jump with any mount and no move speed bonus. It's just easier on an epic.
