[AV] Ground assault does not work!

You fixed a little bit that event yesterday (14-08-2015) - indeed, now quartmaster screams 'Commandos, REGULATE' (280 boxes from nearest mine OR 70 from opposite mine, that part works good). So my team turned in 70 goldtooth boxes, he screamed and even gave me assault orders! (after i choosed the option 'Lauch the ground assault!') Well, i thought we will win now! But... When i came to mid with this scroll, they didn't spawn!

Then i came to quartmaster to talk with him again, and... nothing happened.

He had only option - asking about how many supplies is required and 2 repeateble quests.
P.S. Give me my 3 medals back... /cry we should win this one.
