Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm interested in places that would be fun to duel in. If you can come up with a few I'd be happy to hear them.

Requirements:

• Not in the way of others (some place secluded where random people wouldn't come to spoil the fun)
• At least 2 objects with Line of Sight in the vicinity
• Somewhat balanced (not too easy to kite people for ranged and not too small to avoid melee)

I loved the single flying rocks far away from anything in netherstorm but this is BC :s

Yea it's fun but not very balanced obviously. I was thinking of something arena-like. Maybe some ruins somewhere on the map, arathi or the ones near zul farak maybe.

Un-instanced ZG or AQ and other fun stuff that you can get to with some creativity.

Hyjal, kharazhan crypts. Stuff like that. Another fun area might be the barrow dens near Moonglade. Pretty much deserted but nice scenery.

Getting on top of the Forlorn Ridge in Azshara is kinda dificult, but i'd be pretty sweet if you manage to.

Dusch used a lot of cool places for duels in his pvp movie from ED.

He did use really interesting spots but That's not what I'm looking for. Those don't meet the requirements . C'mon people, surely you can come up with some good spots.

Only possible at 7 am

- Tanaris ruins
- on the loch modan dam, limited area with some LoS at the "towers", also a cool location
- moonglade, stormrage barrow den ruins (some nice LOS and noone around)
- in front of Grim Batol, flat open space with literally noone around, lacking some LoS and you have to run through level 62elite to get there

Try out the graveyard behind Karazhan (Morgan's plot); its about 60x80 yard diameter with an open area in the middle, a crypt entrance acts as a large pillar on one side, and some graves, trees & a fence scattered about the edges to block movement. Also, a church nearby for more LoS if you want to extend the area to about 60x150yrds. Should be relatively fair for melee vs ranged and convenient for both factions to get to, and I doubt you'll ever see another player there.

Darrowshire ruins are also usually abandoned unless someone is on the big quest.

this island in Elwynn forest might be cool if you can clear the mobs. Maybe too much los tho
