Which faction to choose for AV (Alterac Valley)

Hello, I am new to this server. The main reason I will be leveling a char is to play in Alterac Valley for fun to gather resources for ground/cavalry assault and boss summon. I was wondering which faction (horde or alliance) has more players who like gathering resources so I can group up with them. Thank you for your answers.

P.S. Yes, I am aware that Simonich plays on the horde side.

Horde because they actually have to break through a strong defense, simply due to how AV is designed

Currently the alterac valley is bugged to an extent that the bugs are influencing the gameplay and the decisions that are able for the players to choose over strategies or how to win the game is reduced dramatically and thus i am estimating the amount of bugs to be at 60%.

I have noticed there are things that are still not reported.

Also the last bugfix update for AV is long time ago and thus it could mean that a lot of bugs in AV could be fixed and thus we need to see how that goes to make an answer for you.

Right now the Ground Assault is not possible to make.
Also never seen Air Assault.

This basically. Right now the only effective way to play AV is to win as fast as possible. This favors the Alliance since once you get past galv/IBT IBGY, its a race to drek.

Horde have it easy at first but then get raped at the bridge forever. So oftentimes they turtle around galv/IB just to try and force the Alliance to give in, but it doesnt help anyway since anyone who leaves is replaced on the alliance side, and the Horde cant win with 10 on offense, so it ends up being an annoying turtle grindfest.

Best BG to get good PvP at this point though, WSG and AB are dead.

Actually Ground Assault works. Did it yesterday. But still a little bug exists on how you can re-take the mine it.

A player has to put damage on Snivvl to retake it, if the NPCs doing the full dmg on Snivvl the mine wont retake it.
