with the next patch, how will twink gear change?

I heard that WSG rewards will be available with the next patch, is this true? Meaning, the belt, boots, neck and weapon will be available?
will anything else be available?
The reason I ask is I am making two 29 twinks and don't want to buy/farm gear if they will be inferior in a week!
Also, will any new enchants be available or anything?

Yeah there is gear coming out for wsg marks next patch with BWL i believe. Not too sure how far off it is though i have heard it is this month.
