are 39s becoming more active? I've been thinking of leveling a new toon while i wait for queues to pop.. are 39s worth while? i'm horde

are there any classes that are OP or useless? i have a mid level druid i could bring up if they're any good..

What side needs more twinks at 39 horde or ally?

Not like it matters, no matter which bracket you go to the losing team will dissipate quickly into 0 queues. Might as well spend less time gearing and leveling.
