Safe-spoting

Safe-spoting

by fotia » Sun Oct 04, 2015 12:10 pm

Horde players safe-spoting at Eastern Plaguelands killing alliance players:

Vedun (Mage)
Ionà (Warlock)
Poxycat (Hunter)
Moly (Mage)

Safespoting is against the Term of Use:

Clarification on safe-spotting

Attacking other players while standing on a spot where the guards cannot reach you is no longer allowed, casting through roofs is considered bug abuse.

Please take proper actions for those abusers.

I think safe spotting means standing on terrain the guards can't get to because there's no path. Standing out of range of the guards aggro isn't safe spotting.

They've stated that being out of range of guards is technically a safe spot, I'm around 70% sure of it. But dont quote me cause I don't have evidence, just pretty sure I saw someone get warned for doing this in the past.

That would mean ALL WPvp would be safe spotting.

One time, I killed a level 1 neutral AH bot. But I was not slain by the bruisers. Ergo, safe-spotting MUST have been involved.

What proof do you have that Vedun used safe-spotting? All your screenshots show is him doing casting animations. It doesn't proof anything :D
