Just a question about the alterac-valley

im not sure about the past patches in vanilla, so is there the "Lokholar the Ice Lord" on alterac?
i just have some nice memorys on this big fights...

You can summon it but is completely bugged, he will sit in mid map and wont advance towards Vandar, even if it gets pulled by alliance, he will return to his primal position after he loses agroo.
So it has 0 use.

only happens sometimes, actually only had it happen in 1 out of like 5 times in the last week

He's there, if not mistaken you need to collect 200 bloods in order to summon him.
