Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Since this is probably the largest vanilla pvp server.....how many of you are interested in a Hardcore ruleset pvp server? something i allways thought was lacking in retail wow.

full loot pvp?(loose your shit -not in battlegrounds)
exp/gold from pvp
PVP gear allways > pve
no dishonorable kills
No queuing in cities.
etc.

full loot pvp would be fun, it would also make craftable gear/economy more interesting. Keep the good stuff in the bank

PvP in vanilla had no class balance, had no DR, wasnt skill based but gear based, some classes are extermly more gear dependant than others...
Maximizing something that is utterly broken has no sense at all

Nah, that'd be dumb. Just RNG some high deathrays and free loot for the first 2 months of a server like that existing. Not like anyone would play anything but druids rogues and mages for escapability as well.

I would play on a server with Hillsbrad, Ashenvale and Darkshore as the only zones open. If you guys missed the mass PvP in the stress tests before WoW launched in Darkshore, you haven't played WoW.

Id love to try it but this shouldnt be just gankfest without any rules, or it will suck balls. Here is what I want to see:

1. Safe zones in cities, quest hubs and when player leaves safe zone he is protected for some time to prevent gank camps outside safe zone.

2. Not full loot. You get 20% of gold player had, a chance to loot some of items in inventory. Equipped items cant be lost by death.

3. No battlegrounds at all. All gear from BG rewards obtained for honour.

4. Equipped items loose durability when player dies in PvP. And there is only specific number of times you can repair them. So all items eventually break.

5. Freely obtained basic set of gear for every 10 levels. Its green with decent stats, cant be sold to vendor.

6. Most active and dungerous PKs are seen with logos near their name.
