priests are the most versatile PvP healers and best overall IMO. although Paladins are OP as hell in Warsong Gulch. Druids probably the worst overall PvP healers and aren't terribly useful for much other than FCing or disrupting flag in AB group fights

that's opinion ofc and speaking very generally

unless you have a caster friend you like to power infuse, the strongest spec is 19/11/21

this spec allows you to use rank 1 shadow word pain to proc blackout and trash debuff shadowweaving, better psychic screams and rank 1 flay peels, and the blanket silence. you also get holy nova as well as inner focus.

its not really cookie cutter, its a ghetto tri spec that makes you more diverse in bgs and harder to kill, as opposed to going deep disc. youll have slightly less mana and no PI but youll be able to silence a mages polymorph or get that rogue off of you with a blackout proc. most good healing talents are early in disc/holy trees so you still can heal really well. id give it a shot, especially if you pug

like this?

yea, id recommend 4/5 mental agility and take one out of meditation tho. its mostly preference as long as you get inner focus/holy nova/silence/blackout

I generally agree. Druids are great healers in terms of raw healing and survivability, but they lack a dispel. However, being able to to clense viper sting is pretty strong as well.

Priests are indeed the most versitile, Paladins are quite strong healers too, but if their bubble is down they're quite vulnerable. But honestly, I think paladins are actually stronger in AB than wsg. It can be very difficult for horde to win a bs fight simply because in addition to mages iceblock + spin flag, you have paladins that can do that almost as well, especially if they have engineering and a grenade (and who is serious about pvp that doesn't have engineering?).

Its obvious that shamans are the worst healers, but that's not so bad for them as a class because of the insanely high burst of ele shamans (but if you're bent on healing, shaman is probably not the way to go).
