I generally agree. Druids are great healers in terms of raw healing and survivability, but they lack a dispel. However, being able to to clense viper sting is pretty strong as well.
Priests are indeed the most versitile, Paladins are quite strong healers too, but if their bubble is down they're quite vulnerable. But honestly, I think paladins are actually stronger in AB than wsg. It can be very difficult for horde to win a bs fight simply because in addition to mages iceblock + spin flag, you have paladins that can do that almost as well, especially if they have engineering and a grenade (and who is serious about pvp that doesn't have engineering?).
Its obvious that shamans are the worst healers, but that's not so bad for them as a class because of the insanely high burst of ele shamans (but if you're bent on healing, shaman is probably not the way to go).
