Blackbride in AB

So me and an alliance paladin (Blackbride) was doing some legendary PvP in the AB when he accidentally got feared out of the exit-thingie. I feel kinda bad because he probably had deserter coming.

Was just wondering is this allowed, would be bad feeling the ban hammer if this is illegal.
