You can use pretty much any macro that lags your client (just repeat a function multiple times) but that isn't even what players are talking about when they refer to this.
well if you want to fix what players are actually talking about when they refer to a "lag macro":
- whenever a player lags his movement continues for the other players
--> if the server doesn't receive updates from the client, an updated stop movement packet should be sent to all players in his viewing distance
