Does Gnomish Mind Control Cap still last 30 seconds in PvP?

All the big cc like rocket helm, magic dust, mc cap last only like 10ish sec on nostalrius. On other private servers they last longer

yea all that engineering gadgets are suppose to last full time and theres plenty of detailed reports on the bugtracker , but nost doesnt care for pvp i guess)

they do thats why they dont make autistic stuff like cc lasting until 2016, but instead work on heartbeat.
