I confronted him, told him to join game or ill report. he didnt join, kept leeching

Subnormal is nothing. At least he occasionally snaps out of it and goes into ''do mega DPS mode''

Try sniping with ingame tickets or fraps for +5 min of leeching, then you've got enough.
