Idea for PvP guild - Alliance

So I posted this on Nost reddit and thought I would here as well.

Just a thought - Would you join a PvP guild that’s primary focus would be World PvP/World defense?
The officers would have control of recruiting and leading their own core groups. Every team would be divided by “territories” on Kalimdor or Eastern Kingdoms. (ie: north, south/certain zones; depending on how many groups/members) The team could scout their zones separately, or ride in packs. Whichever the individual team decides. We could take nuetral zones, and fend off gankers in our own! If assistance is needed other teams could fly in and offer ground support. The guild would also create a chat channel that lowbies could join to notify us of incs or excessive ganking in a particular place. Our guild name would ring infamous terror on our enemies screens.

As I have stated in comments below, I understand people have their own lives too but it's not unrealistic to image robust and numerous amounts of groups with the population of Nost to plan and coordinate control in World Defense. You wouldn't be punished for not scouting every second every day, and you wouldn't necessarily have to "always" be scouting when logged on. But the general idea is officers would determine their set groups own server times/days for their entire team to participate. An example would be a Territory A, group 1 vs group 2 type thing. Group 1 scouts a territory 1-4 server, group 2 scouts that same territory 4-7, group 3 scouts 7-10, etc.
*Officer's would lead groups of 10 (more or less) per territory; 5 scouts, 5 defenders (higher geared pvpers) -Similiar to raids in the sense that the leaders would determine specific territory defense times. Would join the guild defense channel and command accordingly.
*Fight nights, meet at gurubashi arena and duke it out between groups, the winners would be group of the week or some shit like that.
*Fight Club, guildies would come out and 1v1 duel each other while everyone stands in a circle. "First rule of fight club is you don't talk about fight club" "If this is your first night at FIGHT CLUB, you HAVE to duel!"
*Layered guild rankings: -Casual pvp’ers -PvP defenders on standby -Group 'X' members -Officers (leader's of the groups) -Guild Master
*Groups would need to consist of at least 1 warlock, 1 mage, heals, and 3 stealthed rogues >:D -warlock for summoning -mage for porting -heals for heals, rogues for obviously... stealth >:D
*(If suits are available in this patch) all members would be required to where a full suit in major trade cities or down time. ;]
