Question to twinkers

For someone looking to start twinking on this server, what is the most active bracket? Which faction will give me the shorter queues? Any needed classes in the bracket?

horde priests and hunters are always welcome in 19 bracket. both are popular twinking classes but alliance def has more(in that bracket). also never seen any twink shamans so i have no idea if they are good, but they are lacking in numbers for sure.

19 queues times i would guess average about even on both sides. if one team is dominating then the other side will have 0 queue time, but if your side is on a roll then expect 10-25min queues. both sides go on big win streaks and can seemingly dominate for days at a time. but over weeks the wins seem fairly even with a slight edge to alliance.
