Can we report AFK bots?

AFK bot name is Hordesuck lvl 10 said his main char is Ally. It's obvious he plans to AFK because he queued at lvl 10 but also his name is horde sucks and for confirmation here are screenshots showing he spent all the time afk at the grave yard in wsg. Looks like he got camped and died 14 times. Sorry if this is the wrong section.

Propably a frustrated ally forcing queue, queue dodging horde as usual. Nothing special to see here. Moving on.
