How premades work?

I dont premade but i wonder how does it actual works ?

I guess horde cant really premade efficient, count down queue must sucks with longs queues. 2-3x 5man group and hope u got together, if not keep playing and waiting for the other guys? I guess u can still play 5man and use a alt/friend to spy and avoid hard games so u can avoid premade vs premade and keep winning all games fast for max honor/h.

Now ally must be great, instant pop means u can ts count down queue 2-3x 5man, if it dont call for the same game just do it again with 1 mim wait, and using a spy u can just avoid any premades vs premades fight that would reduce getting max honor/h, not that u really need to avoid premades, because getting a 10-15man horde premade team must be rare?

I imagine premades must almost never fight other premades with this system in special on the ally.

Is crazy that the game let see the bg number and dont punish u if dont join, just using a alt/friends let u see the enemys before join a game and let u all join the same game even without even using group queue.

Horde can premade. They just have to be better than the ally premade. Right now my guild tried to premade as 7 people. We had a shit comp and not a full group and we got rekt by ex-ranker ally premade who gy camped us. So options are to dodge them. get better than them, or get farmed by them. But, we had an instant q and If we were better than them we would have gotten good honor. So horde can premade if they are a strong group.

U got instant queue on horde? premade get faster queue or did u just get luck?
