All the time innocents or not are banned for exploiting minor bugs, whether that be mining a bugged ore or even getting Mind Controlled and some bug happens and you're instantly banned. These bans not only take "several weeks" to have the ban be reviewed, but more often than not, they're not lifted. Even when Nostalrius knows they did the wrong doing by banning, THEY ARE NOT LIFTED.

All I ask is whats so special about these wintraders that got banned and have now been lifted? When has Nostalrius ever even lifted a ban.

Also funny they say contact a gm in-game.. in-game? IN-GAME? I couldn't contact a GM in-game if it were my own damn life on the line and that's some shit.

mistaken bans have been over turned in the past - on many occasions. As for GM response times, they have been worse than usual recently due to the extra amount of tickets we've had to handle with the Silithus quest issue. The response time also depends on the issue in question - some are easily solved, others require more time and effort. Kindly stop lying and/or exaggerating the issues. It doesn't help anyone.
