Now-- those assholes who agro the guy, and bug him out, and teleport away and leave him bugged somewhere? *That* is abuse.. but-- if he's murdering people, and the NPC? He's following the rules.
It's a PvP game with two warring factions. Inconveniences happen. There are no save-zones if you're PvP flagged, and all NPC's -- including 'dishonorable kills' are killable for a reason.
