Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey

I'm pretty new to the server and have a quick question. After reading up on the old honor system, I've seen that you get rewards from reaching each rank in PvP, however, when I reached Private rank on Nostalrius, I did not receive the tabard. Is this feature a part of Nostalrius or did they remove it?

Apologies if this has already been answered 100 times, I couldn't find any answers when I searched.

You gotta overcome the obstacle private.
This particular one is to go to SW/OG and seek out the hall of legends(which you can enter @R6).
Rewards prior to R6 are handed out by the respective NPC in front of the Hall.
