What brackets are active/will be active ?

Talking about pvp of course, as i don't have time to raid but would like to participate in premades. Just your thoughts

I have actively played the 19, 29, 39 and a little bit of 49 brackets so far and all were active. Some days instant queues for horde, more often waiting time between 10 and 40 minutes.
