Forum - Black area at the bottom of pages

Can we please get rid of this? Takes two minutes:
In the CSS, just remove the background-color applied to both html and body (I think it would not hurt to remove the text-color here as well) and replace the transparent filling color applied on body background, around the image, with #000.

Half the page turns black when using the "Mark forum/subforum/topics read" link due to this.
