[No] Adding post Vanilla features

I think some features should be added to the game as if it won't really affect the gameplay, I'm not sure if everyone would agree with me but I'm sure everyone agrees on certain points:

-Barber
-Achievements
-Dual Spec
-Renaming Characters

and there are some more few things that can be added without affecting the game, maybe some would say Dual spec would but I don't see the other things making an impact
