Make the /Who List Normal At Launch

On the beta it had some custom things it displayed, and it resulted in the Who List being poorly functional, please just give us a normal Who List at launch.

There really are that many people on, but If I do /who z-warsong for example, and there are 3-4 games up like usual, it'll say "50 displayed" regardless of there only being 30-40 people max in it.
