Also people with broken english could come from an uneducated part of any society, not only east of berlin.

But all that aside now, frankly you should calm a little down. Maybe they boost up their server performance, hopefully they do. It would be perfect to open up a new PvP server with free transfers aswell (no forced transfers thats ridiculous), but nostalrius is and has always been international, no matter how english you would like it to be, you can talk whichever language the fuck you like in private channels. Aslong as they dotn carry it to public, its none of your concern. The fact that you cant interact with them is bad but doesnt justify that only you can play here.
Just because you come here and cry the loudest doesnt mean you have a majority on your side, only a split of the actual players visit the forums even and only a split of that split bothers to comment, I really hope they wont take segregation actions just because of 10 crybabies.
There is a popualtion issue to fix, not some biased stereotypes about asians to follow.

Thank you for your feedback but this thread is to discuss legitimate issues facing the community.

Are Oceanic servers segregation? What about South American? Please do not use that word. "Segregation" is not the reason every online game has regional servers.

The issue is overpopulation and this thread is to discuss solutions, which nobody of us brought up really, excluding "ban all chinese" and "force-migrate them to a new server".
I acknowledge the issue and I too hate the 2 second delay despite my 2015 PC and 20 ms latency, but unlike others I have an objective and rational view on the world, you should try it one day.

The thing I disagree with is your reasoning. At the end of the day we are all here to have fun... thats what I think at least. The general attitude in here seems to be that the majority of the asian players frequent the server for economical reasons. If you want to make an asian PvP server with free transfers thats fine. But if claim that X% of all europeans are goldsellers, but 2X% (plain assumption) of all asians and therefore we ban all asians then its needless to say that this is racism and against the servers vision. (You put individuals at a disadvantadge because of their objective characteristic of being chinese in case you missed the last one).

So whats the real solution? Opening up the donation tent and aquiring new hardware for a 3rd server doesnt seem to be an option, server cap would destroy the fun completely for me at least. Come up with suggestions but stop that "make Nostalrius great again" based on stereotypes.

Tldr: Your concerns arent racist, your solutions are. If that reflects your personality can be judged by everyone themselves.

Banning them is racist but force-migrating them to a new server is not as long as the server is identical to the current and they keep everything on their character

What makes you think they will move to a new server? Anyway, even if the normal chinese players transfer out, the actual problem - the botters and farmers using Nost to make money irl - will not, because gold and accounts will always be worth more, and much more in demand, on a non-chinese server, obviously.

Don't get me wrong, the server needs its population cut in half to become playable. Opening a china-only server will not accomplish that, and will turn out to be a colossal fiasco. The answer is to open another pvp server altogether with parallel progression, introduce free migration from pvp1->pvp2 and temporarily lock new account creation for pvp1.

As for the language issue - someone suggested restricting the chinese client. That would not be a bad idea. It would force these players to gain some rudimentary knowledge of English and make it possible to actually communicate with them.
