SoC
should be treated as physical attack. It
should be parried, dodged and etc. It uses physical crit and hit. Things you talking about been working in way you describe for a short time after 1.3 and been returned back ~1.5. This server 1.12 in
terms of mechanics and SoC procs working as physical attack.
You
right about 1 sec hidden cd and 0.5 sec delay after aa.
You
completely wrong with formulas:
((Melee Attack Damage * 0.7) +
0.20 Spell Damage (0.29 Holy Spell Damage)) * Multipliers (Vengeance, Sanctity, etc)) x2 if crit.
Takes only 0.20 of total Spell Samage, not just Spell Damage. It affected by Multipliers. Crit Multiplier calculated after all.
It do too much damage because it have wrong scaling with JoC (judgemet of crusader). Judgement of Command have wrong scaling too.
It scales 0.20 (0.29 for Holy Spell Damage) for proc and 0.43 for judgement, but atm it looks more like 1.00 scaling.
Developers already have tons of work to do and you don't help them with bug reports like this. I don't know where you took all this from, but it have nothing to do with actual way SoC working. And if you've been using Wiki or smth learn to use history -
