[Serious Discussion] Create Asian PvP server

What are you not understanding? Germans do not make up 60% of the server population during peak hours. They also for the most part speak and understand English to a workable level and group and interact with non-German players. The comparison to other nationalities is completely retarded. Stop making it. If there WERE somehow 6000 Germans on this server who didn't speak a single word of English while consuming the same server resources as everyone else, people would suggest a separate server for them as well. But there aren't.

In other threads I saw some volunteers offering donations for Asian server. That could be one way of dealing with this issue. If it's about the money, community might help with that.

That being said, if project creators decide they can't open another server, there's nothing we can do, really and our whole discussion is pointless. No one said that yet, though and that's why I'm speaking about the issue.

honestly i like playing with asians some times. because i dont like to talk in groups often, and they tend to follow kill orders. BUT they would be better served with a server of there own. they would have a general chat they can actually use productivly, they wont have to designate 1 person in a group of 5 to google translate the whole time. ( which is awesome when they do btw.)

I think the right idea is making another PVP server with the same progression of the main one. However, i agree with this.

in a perfect world, 2 pvp servers, no insane dynamic respawn changes, cross realm battlegrounds to prevent premade dodging, less lag, more draw distance, more fun, free transfers, less cows, less complaints.

Can you please show me this 60% in some official link or something? Again, they consume server resources as you do and still are not annoying, as you sound. They do not flood the chats with their native language. If that was the case, then yes you might have had some right. They do not bother people.

What I want you to understand is that YOUR resources usage is not more justified than mine or some Chinese guys. You do not deserve the resources of this server more than anyone else. If you think otherwise, just because you speak English better, then you have a real problem.

We need a new pvp server almost 12 k online at 15:00 server time almost every day now. In the long run , how many you think there will be when you release AQ or Naxx? The server is amazing considering it can work with that many online, the lag is well...

The sole official language of the server is English, which statistically speaking >98% of them do not speak(see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_c ... population). It is certainly not their fault, and I don't hold it against them. A speaker of Chinese has access to 1.2 billion other people to speak to and 3,000 years of literary tradition, one could go their whole life in China without needing English. But it still stands that it is a basic server rule that they are incapable of following. Rather than just ban them all for being incapable of following this rule, which would be both cruel and impractical, we are suggesting to open a separate server, without this rule, for them. To me it sounds like we are being rather accommodating.

I don't see any glaring issue, and they make the server feel more alive than in any of our wildest dreams.

There is no part of Azeroth u can stand for a few minutes without an adventurer or two passing by you, thats really special
