"Saving Sharpbeak" and "Freedom for all Creatures"

just wanted to ask whether the two quests
Saving Sharpbeak (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=2994)
and
Freedom for all Creatures (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=2969)
are properly scripted or if they could be scripted. The one about Sharpbeak has a heartwarming end scene and the other gives you a nice Alliance pet.
