ability to switch off weather?

Hey there,

I've been playing for a few weeks and its been great fun so far. I've hardly noticed any bugs or glitches up to this point, and what I do encounter (a few mildly bugged quests), is easily forgotten once your past it.

Only one thing that's starting to grate on me a bit, is the constant rain. It seems in any zone that can have rain in it, once it starts, it never stops till the server resets.

Just wondered if is possible to turn it off completely, not just thin it out using rain intensity slider, as that does nothing about the sound effects.

I don't think so. Some people have suggested relogging sometimes fixes the weather but I haven't really known that to work.

I've been playing here since March and it's always been like this. I'm surprised Azeroth doesn't have any continents underwater by now.
