You mean 1.10, right? Big difference between 1.1.0 and 1.10...

I did some research on this, and as far as I can tell, the buff should be in the game already.

As far as Robotrons statement that the buff was added in 1.10, the 1.10 patch notes themselves mention under the "Mac" section that an audio issue with this buff has been fixed, implying that it already existed prior to this patch.

There was a mass buff that also affected every player in Barrens.
If im not mistaken there was also buff from the Alliance that affected players in Elwynn Forest.


I dont know which quest, i dont know which buff...

I don't remember that ever.
