In vanilla wow, killing leader does not give you any good. But such a big PVP activity always has a lot fun. So how about giving a buff to all players if the opposite leaders are killed? i.e. + 5% honor gain per leader for 12h

Although not blizzlike, i support this suggestion.
Would be an incentive for more attacks on the capitals.

Only the attackers in the capital at the time of death of the leader should receive the buff.

yes. thats exelent idea. and also -% buff for faction which lost. i always hated when alies came to orgrimmar and people stood at bank and didnt care at all

There are plenty of good ideas to improve wow vanilla. Rewarding a faction leader kill with honor is among them.

However, this server very clearly announced that their purpose is to be as faithful as possible to original vanilla wow. As a consequence, good or not, this kind of suggestion has no chance to hit in here.

You are probably right...
...still I would rather see this suggestion accepted, other than the "LoS on objects in BGs".

This one doesn't change game-play and mechanics from the "original", it would just push a certain game-style (aka "attacks on capitals"), while the other would impact on everyone's experience.

Same goes for "BGs from everywhere till lvl49". Imo, another suggestion that would improve some aspect of PvP-scene.

Totally in for this! It would make the World PvP much more interesting!!!

I am sorry to insist, but this kind of suggestion is out of topic here.

Let's take the example of people who are passionate with old cars.
They create a club, and the purpose of this club is to restore a prestigious and expensive old car. They decide to restore it so it is as identical as possible to the original model. They try to find the same motor, the same paint, the same material, everything. It is their common agreement.

A lot of people hear about his project and want to be in. Now, what would you think would happen if someone suggest: "Hey guys, this car look awesome! Let's give it Xenon headlights, so we can have a better vision when we ride it at night!"

I hope you understand the analogy. This server is about restoring a vanilla server as it was then. It is our common objective as a group of passionate.
Of course, there are differences left, but they are not intended, and we hope them to be fixed as soon as possible. Don't ask to add for intended differences I don't mean you are forbidden to do so, but please understand this is a waste of time.
