[BUG] [Quest] "The Giant Guardian"

When you talk to Shay Leafrunner to turn in the quest your character does the "talk" animation but she doesn't talk to you. I abandoned and reaccepted it from Rockbiter the giant but same result. She's in the ruins of Ravenwind in Feralas.
