Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

In my experience of playing on nost I have noticed tons of people queue for battleground without the intention of ever playing. I was wondering if nost could implement a system similar to what blizzard did with report afk in BGs. I know its not authentic but it would make the game lot more fun.

Dont know, people are going to abuse this feature, like let's say 5 friends are playing and reporting you for being "afk", while you are playing correctly. --> You get kicked. End of story ^^

Well the way it works on the blizzard servers is that you get a debuff and if you don't engage in pvp combat within a minute or so you get kicked so its not an auto kick you just have to prove that you are not afk to the program.

"You can report an inactive player by right clicking the player's portrait and selecting "Report AFK". When enough reports are registered, a 60 second debuff will begin to count down. Once the timer is up a new debuff will appear that will prevent the player from gaining any honor or marks while it is on. This debuff can be negated as soon as the player engages in PvP combat. This system is often abused, since a player can have good reasons for not participating in PVP, for example when he is defending."

ah yes I was thinking of the "vote kick" in CS:GO and forgot about that one from blizzard ^^

god that would make solo que for BGs soo much better.

Its not a report to ban people its a report to get them out of the battlegrounds. Its also done by a program and not by GM's so it doesn't take GM man hours.
