Gnomish mc cap , way to bugged

I'm fine with you using the nerf where u have to be out of combat, but 15sec isn't alright when all they do is autoattack. Mounted mindcontrolled targets do not dismount, they're of no use.
They dont use any abilities at all like theyre supposed to once mindcontrolled; meaning i have to mc a melee class if it's gotta have any use in 1vX

Revert 15 sec back to 30 on the mc cap but not the zapper helm.
Fix it so they use spells and dismounts. - if it's cus u cannot write the code, i'll do it for u np just write a pm here.
