Cmon admins!! We're waiting.. over 1 month its 1year anniversary and you wouldn't want after 1 year to have a lagging unplayable server with half the population complaining about the lag yet nothing gets done.

Also I dont like the decreased viewing distance at all!!

Not entirely sure this can be resolved quickly, they can't ban them because they use VPN service which isn't really allowed in their country afaik. but moving them to another server ( a separate hardware pref ) would be hard, since a chinese player can be disguised as a swiss or german due to proxy. I am not saying that the Dev team have or do not have a solution for this but im saying generally this is quite hard. restricting accounts to be made on the pvp server would be rather unfair for non chinese and there is sorta no way to restrict the chinese to create one anyway due to the vpn service. also banning them would probably result in a massive revenge ddos and then recreate acc, even with Europeans, Oceanic and north/south Americans it's too many players, its probably not designed for 2.5k players like in retail but it certainly isnt designed for 6k+ and also considering people comming back to play, it's an extreme activity on endgame focus, grinding rep in silithus + a million other things, essentially you need to separate all the world regions for a more ideal population. At this rate you can't just increase spawn timers etc, im sure i dont have to explain why.

For the moment im playing on another server, despite having played here since launch day feb last year and i have 4 lvl 60's 3 of geared quite well. I dont log on until late evening due to lag, having 90 empty whispers and looking at the auction house being litterally nuked. We don't really appreciate the small things until something worse happens.

My suggestion, guild transfers to another server on same content release, restrict account making, so that you can only make a character on the same account, that will also relieve the server for multiboxing and preventing players to get themselves banned. This probably has a lot of negative implications aswell.

The only true solution is to ban the chinese client connecting to the server. Nost even stays PC by keeping with their english only philosophy.

The only real solution would be a second PvP server. With free transfers in BOTH ways for a least 1-2 months.

And a queue after like 7k5 or something players on both of them. And cross-real BG if possible, and maybe rankings common to Alliance / Horde of both servers for a few weeks, to avoid exploit or un balance of small number of ranked players if it happens or whatever.

It wouldn't prevent Chinese to play, but they would just be equally present on both servers. But for that they need money for new hardware .
