Increase respawn of vendor stuff!

I camp the vendor in Moonglade for the Arcanite Rod and 70 def on cloak recipe for a week now, every day and every night time checked, no chance, its spawn is around 2h+ and there are always people of both factions presented.
Right now, there are almost 12.000 people online, on that rate, I have the recipes mid 2018.
Can you please do something about that, like on herbs, mine nodes and mob respawns?
