Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I've been running around all the noob zones and I can not find ANY mining veins.

Either someone is warping to them (i saw 3 dissapear on my screen at once in the stormwind area) or they're rare spawn. this sucks!

The disappearing nodes is a phasing issue on the server, not because people are quickly taking them. Basically, when you're far away the nodes exist, but when you approach, you "phase" into an area without those nodes. I only noticed it as an issue in Elwynn Forest and The Badlands.

There' also just a lot of new players mining. You'll have a much better time once you get to the next zones (Westfall/Redridge/Loch Modan), which still have mostly copper for you to level on.
