Introduce a Black Lotus Vendor.

Make a vendor that sells Black Lotus. Make the price around 60 gold and it would double as a gold sink on the server. I know it isn't blizzlike and I would prefer that guilds get together to boycott lotus until the hoarders stop controlling the market like they are De Beers Diamonds.
This might not be the right solution to the lotus problem, but it is an idea that would help.

No, Black lotus is not for everyone, if you want it, you have to go farm it.

Also, that would make the server dictate the market price for Black Lotus - not the request / demand principle as for most other items.
