Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I've noticed many quest items are on a 5 minute respawn timer, ie Compendium of the Fallen, Rig Blueprints etc

I remember very well from back in the day, how I didn't have to wait 25 minutes to pick up a quest item, and it would be nice to not needing to wait for respawns.. often it really ruins the experience :/
