Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I was told by a GM who couldn't handle the issue I had from his position.

I'm trying to do the quest "Lost Supplies" in Swamp of Sorrows, a repeatable quest that grants 25 reputation with Stormwind. However, after I did it the first time it just refuses to drop in the 'Scattered Crate' where you loot it. I have circled their spawns and looted them for more than two hours trying to find out if I just have bad RNG but it just refuses to drop.

Is it working as intended? If not, please fix it before you remove the 1.4 mounts.
