I think it would be beneficial to have something like this http://vanillagaming.org/index.php/exte ... to-connect on our forums, when the server is up put it on the official page as well.

It is possible that great many people (example here http://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=628) who subscribe simply do not know how to get the game (using torrents), how to edit realmlist etc.

Imo it would increase the server population.

i was expecting that information to be in the email we will receive...

for example ; i assume Nost will have their own type/version of torrent,
or approved version of torrent that is confirmed to be "clean"

how to edit the realmlist, where and how the account will be created etc. etc.

i know how to download torrents but no way im just going to grab one available im not trusting anyone that just posts a random version online.

They really should have a guide for new players. Preferably with images.
In my opinion the best download would be just a .rar file, that way people just have to extract the client to whatever folder they want and they don't risk messing up any other WoW installation!

A linux guide would be neat too, vanilla works without problems for me. :)
(I might post one later, it's really easy to fix)
