As far as I understand we can play multiple accounts for say the purpose of banks.

Are we allowed to play multiple characters, for the purpose of running an alt through a dungeon, or lvling 2 characters at once, without the suspicion of Multi-boxing?

This and enchanting are the only exceptions where multiboxing is allowed. Any other use of multiboxing - including running through dungeons, playing an alt while waiting for bg queue on main, logging alt to communicate with opposite faction etc - is NOT allowed.
