Knowingly abusing a bug should obviously be bannable, but asking players to not attack flagged players because some of them might be flagged because of a bug just isn't reasonable.

This is one of those cases where the entire onus is on the devs

If the flagging was caused by the ganking player in some fashion that would be another thing altogether, but I haven't seen any indication of that here.
