Not being able to take quests

I'm lvl 60 and looking to do some quests at Thorium Point in Searing Gorge to get rep with the Thorium Brotherhood. But for some reason I could only do 2-3 quests there and I've not been able to find a prequest or anything like that to open up the rest.

Are the quests simply not in the game at this point, or have I missed something you have to do before it?

This isn't advised by any means since information can be conflicting, but I've made a page in PHP to lookup quests on WoWWiki to determine the patch they were added in.

You can do this manually though

Take the name and add underscores for the spaces and a "Quest:" prefix.
Add that to the end of http://wowwiki.wikia.com/
