Anyone else tryed to farm bloodsail rep?

So I got up to neutral today and was turning in the quest http://wowwiki.wikia.com/Quest:Dressing_the_Part
and I only got a belt, instead of all 4 pieces.

Possibly to add me the missing pieces? Since I can't repeat the quest obviously. Many tears of ppl who's quest npc I killed and now I get a belt, kinda sad lol.
