When will the server be up?

How long it will take until the server is released? They said it would be up at the beggining of january, we are in almost february.

They didn't. Or i really miss something, which i doubt. Nobody knows when it will be release because there wasn't any announcement about it.
All we know is that a hack session and a 48h test should take place before the release.
